Matt Koch, CEO, continues to request prayer for the legal action that Teen Ranch is pursuing surrounding the encroachment of the state licensing agents on their Christian activity. The Alliance Defense Fund is representing Teen Ranch and it appears that the case is headed for the Supreme Court.

KBHC is involved in an issue similar to that of Teen Ranch. Although the events that prompted the court’s involvement are different, the core issue remains the same: Can a Christian based organization receive public funds (local, state, and/or federal) if the agency offers or provides Christian activities or teaching to the children in their program who are under public authority. This is a reversed form of religious persecution.
